Certified Black Angus Beef free of antibiotics and growth hormones.  Locally raised in Grey County.  Dry aged for 40 days.  All prices are for the largest roast. Price is $36.99/lbs ($8.15/100g)

  • 4-5 lb. - 2 bones
  • 6-7 lb. - 3 bones
  • 8-9 lb. - 4 bones
  • 10-11 lb. - 5 bones
  • 12-13 lb. - 6 bones

Cooking Instructions:

Season roast and place in roasting pan.  Cook at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour.  Turn down to 350 degrees and follow method for your size (all times are for a rare roast):

  • 4-6 lb. - 1 hour
  • 6-8 lb. - 2 hours
  • 10-12 lb. - 3 hours

The following is a list of internal temperatures to reach for your desired done-ness:

  • 120-125f for Rare 
  • 130-135f for Medium-Rare
  • 140-145f for Medium
  • 150-155f for Medium Well
  • 160-165f for Well Done
