Cooking Instructions:

Season roast and place in roasting pan.  Cook at 375 degrees and follow the method for your size (These are suggested times only):

  • 1-3 lb. - 20 to 30 minutes
  • 3-5 lb. - 30 to 45 minutes

The following is a list of internal temperatures to reach for your desired done-ness:

  • 120-125f for Rare 
  • 130-135f for Medium-Rare
  • 140-145f for Medium
  • 150-155f for Medium Well
  • 160-165f for Well Done
