Cooking Instructions:
Season roast and place in roasting pan. Cook at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn down to 350 degrees and follow the method for your size (all times are for a rare roast):
3-4 lb. - 1 hour
5-6 lb. - 1 1/2 hours
The following is a list of internal temperatures to reach for your desired done-ness:
- 120-125f for Rare
- 130-135f for Medium-Rare
- 140-145f for Medium
- 150-155f for Medium Well
- 160-165f for Well Done
