Can I get a custom thickness or weight?
Yes. Add a note at checkout or call the shop, and we'll cut it the way you want it.
Do I need to add sauce?
No. They are seasoned already and will come out fine plain. If you want them sticky, brush sauce on for the last ten minutes rather than at the start, so it glazes instead of burning.
