4-5 lb. - 2 bones
6-7 lb. - 3 bones
8-9 lb. - 4 bones
10-11 lb. - 5 bones
12-13 lb. - 6 bones
Season roast and place in roasting pan. Cook at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn down to 350 degrees and follow method for your size:
4-6 lb. - 1 hour
6-8 lb. - 2 hours
10-12 lb. - 3 hours
The internal temperature should be 125 to 130 degrees.
