Certified Black Angus Beef free of antibiotics and growth hormones. Locally raised in Grey County. Dry aged for 40 days.
Season roast and place in roasting pan. Cook at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn down to 350 degrees and follow method for your size:
4-6 lb. - 1 hour
6-8 lb. - 2 hours
The internal temperature should be 125 to 130 degrees.
