Frequently Asked Questions
How big is a pork tenderloin?
About a pound per piece, which feeds two to three. The price is per pound, so your total follows the actual weight.
Can I get a custom thickness or weight?
Yes. Add a note at checkout or call the shop, and we'll cut it the way you want it.
How do I stop pork tenderloin drying out?
Take it out earlier than you think. It has almost no fat to protect it, so a few extra minutes is the difference between juicy and dry. Around 350F for 25 to 30 minutes, then rest it before slicing.
