How many people does a tray of lasagna feed?

The small feeds two to three and the large four to six. Lasagna holds up well as leftovers, so the large is the better call if you want a second night out of it.

What is the difference between lasagna and lasagne?

In Italian, lasagne is the plural and lasagna is a single sheet of pasta, so the dish itself is properly lasagne. English took lasagna for both and North American menus have used it that way ever since. We call it lasagna for the same reason.
