Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a flattened chicken take to cook?
About 45 minutes to an hour at 350F, against roughly two hours for a whole bird. Flattening it is what closes that gap, since the meat sits in a single even layer.
Can I get a custom thickness or weight?
Yes. Add a note at checkout or call the shop, and we'll cut it the way you want it.
What is in the marinades?
Rosemary lemon is oil, vinegar, lemon, two mustards and herbs. Piri piri is chilies, tomato, smoked jalapeno and cajun spice. Honey dijon is dijon, grainy mustard, sweet chili, thyme and honey. Full ingredient lists including allergens are below. The rosemary lemon and piri piri marinades contain sulphites, and rosemary lemon contains soy.
