Frequently Asked Questions
Is green lentil and ham soup a meal on its own?
With bread alongside it is. The lentils hold their shape and the ham brings the salt, so it eats as a full bowl rather than a light one.
How is it packaged?
Made in house and packed at the counter. Pack sizes are listed above, and we can pack a different amount if you call the shop.
What is the difference between green and red lentils?
Green lentils keep their skins and hold their shape through cooking. Red lentils are split and skinned already, so they collapse into a thick puree instead. A green lentil soup stays chunky and a red lentil soup goes smooth. This one uses green.
