Description
This is our fan-favourite turkey roll. We take a half turkey, take all the bones out (except the wing drum) and tie it back together. You get all the best parts of a roast turkey without any of the hassle of carving around the bones.
Free range turkey, grain fed and locally raised in St. Ann's, Ontario in Niagara Region.
You are being charged for the higher weight listed. Price is $14.99/lbs. If you have a specific weight in mind, please contact us or indicate in the notes section the weight you would prefer.
Cooking Instructions:
Season turkey with salt, pepper, fresh herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme) or poultry seasoning and place in roasting pan with cut up vegetables and 1 cup of chicken stock. Cover with foil. Cook at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn down to 350 degrees and follow the method for your size:
- 5-7 lb. - 1 to 1 1/2 hours
- 7-8 lb. - 2 hours
Uncover turkey roll and cook for another 15-20 minutes. The internal temperature should read 160-165F.
