Certified Black Angus Beef free of antibiotics and growth hormones.  Locally raised in Grey County.

Season roast and place in roasting pan.  Cook at 375 degrees and follow the method for your size:

1-3 lb. - 20 to 30 minutes

3-5 lb. - 30 to 45 minutes

The internal temperature should be 120 degrees.
