Frequently Asked Questions
How many chorizo sausages come in a pound?
Three. Count one to two per person depending on what else is going on the plate.
How is it packaged?
Made in house and packed at the counter. Pack sizes are listed above, and we can pack a different amount if you call the shop.
What is the difference between fresh and dry cured chorizo?
Fresh chorizo is a raw sausage that has to be cooked through, and it releases its paprika oil into whatever it is cooked with. Dry cured Spanish chorizo is fermented and hung, then sliced and eaten as it is. They behave completely differently in a recipe. Ours is the fresh kind.
