Made in house and packed at the counter. Pack sizes are listed above, and we can pack a different amount if you call the shop.
How do I get the skin crisp?
Pat them properly dry, give them room on the tray so they roast rather than steam, and cook them hot. Around 375F for 30 to 45 minutes works. Sauce them after they come out, not before.
