Description

Fresh Ontario Lamb from Beverly Creek in Wentworth County.

Season lamb and place in roasting pan.  Cook at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour.  Turn down to 350 degrees and cook for 1 hour. The internal temperature should be 135 to 140 degrees.
