Cooking Instructions:

Season roast and place in roasting pan.  Cook at 375 degrees and follow the method for your size:

1-3 lb. - 20 to 30 minutes

3-5 lb. - 30 to 45 minutes

The following is a list of internal temperatures to reach for your desired done-ness:

120-125f degrees for Rare

130-135f for Med-Rare

140-145f for Medium

150-155f for Medium Well

160-165f for Well Done
