Boneless turkey breast rolled and tied.
Season turkey breast with salt, pepper, fresh herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme) or poultry seasoning and place in roasting pan. Cover with foil and cook at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn down to 350 degrees and cook for 1 hour. Uncover and cook for another 15-20 minutes. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees.
